New Year's Eve festive dinner menu:
9 p.m.: welcoming guests with drinks and appetizers;
9:30 p.m.: green spinach roll with Philadelphia cheese and peppers, boeuf salad, eggs stuffed with pâté
goose, canapés with caviar roe, mozzarella and cherry tomato duet, turkey croquettes with sesame, appetizer roulade
tortillas, tomato baskets with eggplant, meatballs, meat in aspic, olives and crudités;
Hot snack: trout on a bed of mushrooms with vegetables, wild rice and lemon sauce;
24:00: welcoming the new year with Champagne;
24:45: main course pork arosto with potatoes and rosemary, baby carrots, broccoli gratin;
1:30: festive cake, fruit platter, mixed nuts and crackers, raffle with surprises;
Non-alcoholic drinks included at the festive table: mineral water/plain water, juices (Coca cola, Fanta)
Alcoholic beverages included at the festive table: homemade palinca and cognac, 2 Carlsberg beers/person, 0.5 l wine
white or red house wine, cranberry, cranberry and coffee at your discretion;

The year 2025 surprises us with a novelty, the jacuzzi tub, which is available throughout the stay,
but also with sauna (additional fee);
Apuseni Tour: we provide a guide (for a fee) to provide an excellent opportunity for those who want to
get to know the Aries Valley in "winter clothes". We will visit the main tourist attractions of the Apuseni: the Emperor's Beech,
the monastery of St. Parascheva from Salciua, the Lupsa monastery, the Turda Salt Mine, the Rametea archaeological site.

Pension accepts in double room: 2 Adults + 2 children (1 extra bed)
Free for children under 6 years old, and those aged 6-14 years old have a 50% discount on the package.
5% discount for full payment of the package by 15.11.2025.
