The basic dishes consist of specific Bucovina dishes: traditional pork and mutton dishes, Bucovina tochitura, mutton in a cauldron, balmos, sarmalute in clay pots, "pomana porcului", smoked trout, mushrooms with sour cream and mushrooms with garlic, assorted pickles, salads, walnut cozonacs, koltunasi, papanasi with blueberry jam and other delicacies from Bucovina cuisine. At your request, we offer you a diet or vegetarian menu. All dishes are prepared in house.
