Decent prices, good positioning, 10-15 minutes walk from the city and a significant advantage is the yard and garden, you're not forced to sit in your room, in the courtyard is decorated with a vine covered terrace, barn has been converted into a games room (ping pong, foosball) and there are many ancient objects placed as decoration.
